1. As per Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rules to be notified in future, I agree to keep the data of tested persons, as available/ downloaded from the https://covid19cc.nic.in / RTPCR mobile app of ICMR, in safe custody.

2. This data will not be shared with any un-authorised person(s).

3. In case of any violation, legal action as per law, can be taken against me/my organization whom I am representing.

4. I shall download all data of my and keep it safe.

5. Data will be used only for the purpose for which it is meant.

6. This data will be purged after 14 days of data entry from the main portal/ app.
