The web portal https://covid19cc.nic.in/ manages information of authorized users of RATI (Rapid Antibody Test of India) and RT-PCR (Real-Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Test of India) mobile apps and authorise persons to use web portal and mobile apps as per their roles. The portal has been developed for ICMR.

The objective of the web portal is to collect and manage data of authorized users of mobile apps who are authorized through District Administration and District/ State level Health officials in all States of India. The data of authorized Portal User Creators and Collection Centres is shown in public domain, but no personal details are shown, except names of State Portal User Creators. The name of authorized collection centres are also shown. All other access is either through official Email Ids of Government officials or OTP based access to Sample collectors and Laboratories.

All data collected through the Rati and RT-PCR mobile Apps is transferred to ICMR, as per formats provided by ICMR, on real time basis. No personal information captured during sample collection or test, is disclosed to anyone except the individual concerned on OTP verified mobile number.

Web portal and mobile apps are owned by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and have been designed, developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC).
