The web portal https://covid19cc.nic.in/ and RATI and RT-PCR mobile apps are for authorised users only. List of authorised users is available on the web portal as hyperlinks through menu items. The general public may visit web portals of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for Covid-19 related information.

The web portal and mobile apps have restricted access to users/persons. In case of any dispute arising under these terms and conditions, the decision of ICMR will be final. Under no circumstances will the Indian Council of Medical Research or National Informatics Centre be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of this web portal and these mobile apps.
